Shipping policy

For standard orders, please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order. If your order includes custom items, allow 10-15 business days. Delivery orders are sent by truck freight.

Your order will show an estimated freight amount based only on your province. When your order is received, the freight will be adjusted using the correct weight, dimensions, and exact location and we will contact you with the correct freight total.

The truck freight amount collected is for standard delivery only and does not include any extra charges incurred such as lift gate service, inside delivery or change of delivery address.
